Omne Capital is the holding company of the Omne Group. It owns the group's companies and is responsible for guiding its development and corporate governance.
The company was established as a result of the Polonization process and the management buyout of Omne Energia. Its owners are seven individuals with long-standing ties to the company and the energy market. This team not only manages the Omne Group companies but also actively participates in their continued development, the implementation of new projects, and the building of value for the entire group.

Paweł Rudnicki - President of the Management Board
Co-founder of the Omne Group and CEO of Omne Energia. He is responsible for the company's financial management and oversees investments, including the development and implementation of infrastructure projects. From the company's inception, he has actively participated in building its stable growth and the development of the Omne Group.
Jarosław Patyk
Co-founder of the Omne Group and Vice President of the Management Board of Omne Energia. He is responsible for business development and the company's commercial activities. For years, he has been involved in the implementation of key projects related to the natural gas, LNG, CNG, and bioLNG markets, and co-determines the development directions of the Omne Group.
Damian Homoncik
He is responsible for LNG sales and key account management. He develops the customer portfolio and oversees the implementation of the sales strategy in the LNG segment.
Jaroslav Maceikianec
He is responsible for gas purchasing and supplier liaison. He manages the purchasing strategy and ensures the diversification of gas supply sources for the Omne Group.
Richard Rudnicki
For many years, he has supported the company's development as an advisor, and later as a member of the Supervisory Board. He provides the management board with his experience in the natural gas market and the company's strategic development.
Karol Wieczorek
He is responsible for the development of LNG and CNG sales in the NGV segment. He collaborates with clients in the public and transportation sectors and develops solutions using alternative fuels.
Jakub Musiał
He is responsible for cooperation with key business clients and sales development. He supports commercial negotiations and develops the client portfolio in the LNG segment.
