Omne Energia in the media – CIRE on ownership changes
The CIRE portal has published a report on the completion of the management buyout process at Omne Energia. It describes the ownership change, which allows the company's active managers to fully participate in its long-term development and strengthens the company's stability in the domestic energy market.
The ownership change means the team's direct involvement in strategic decisions and the implementation of projects in the area of LNG supplies to business and local government clients.
As Paweł Rudnicki emphasizes: " The completion of Polonization is a symbolic moment for us, marking the transition to the next stage of development. Today, we are focusing on stable growth, long-term relationships with partners, and further strengthening our competences in the area of gas supply to business and local government customers ."
