Omne Energia in Energetyka24 – about ownership change, independence and rebuilding trust
The Energetyka24 portal published an article describing the transformation process of Omne Energia – from the outbreak of the war in Ukraine, inclusion on the Polish sanctions list, through the management buyout, to regaining full independence and rebuilding the position on the LNG market.
This is a story about the responsibility with which we approached the situation in which the company found itself – and about the consistent actions that led to the finalization of the Polonization process. The decision to take over the company was not only driven by concern for the continuity of the business, but also by the awareness that the stability of many companies and jobs depended on our response.
Rebuilding our market position is an ongoing process – but each subsequent step is based on transparency, responsibility and close cooperation with our clients.
