Omne Energia has completed the Polonization process and is beginning a new stage of development

Omne Energia has completed the process of fully Polonizing its ownership structure. Through a management buyout, managers with long-standing ties to the company and the energy sector joined the shareholders. Currently, the company is owned by seven owners, who are actively responsible for its operational and strategic development.
In addition to Paweł Rudnicki and Jarosław Patyk, the company's management structure includes:
- Damian Homoncik - LNG Sales Director. He is responsible for LNG sales and key customer relations in this market segment. He oversees the development of the LNG customer portfolio and the implementation of the company's sales strategy.
- Jaroslav Maceikianec - Gas Procurement Manager. Responsible for gas procurement and cooperation with gas fuel suppliers. Oversees the purchasing strategy and diversification of gas sources within Omne Energia's portfolio.
- Ryszard Rudnicki - Member of the Supervisory Board. He has worked with the company for many years as an advisor, supporting the management board in the natural gas market and strategic directions for Omne Energia's development.
- Karol Wieczorek - Deputy Sales Director for LNG and CNG. Responsible for the development of LNG and CNG sales in the NGV segment, including fuels for propulsion, collaboration with public sector clients, and the implementation of solutions in the alternative fuels market.
- Jakub Musiał - Sales Manager. Responsible for servicing key business clients and developing the company's commercial partnerships. He supports contract negotiations and the development of the customer portfolio in the LNG segment.
The new structure strengthens the company's stability and ensures management continuity and long-term implementation of the adopted strategy.
